<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the formation process of a filtration assisting material layer in the case that vacuum filtration treatment is carried out by passing the wastewater of cleaning an electric dust collector through a filter to which the filtration assisting material is stuck. CONSTITUTION:A filtration tank 11 in which a filter 12 is set is filled with a filtration assisting liquid supplied from a filtration assisting material tank 6 and then the filtration assisting liquid is sucked through the filter 12 to form a filtration assisting material layer on the filter. When the thickness of the filtration assisting material layer becomes proper, a solenoid valve 7 is closed and the supply of the filtration assisting material liquid is stopped and a solenoid valve 2 is opened to supply wastewater to be cleaned in a wastewater tank 1 to the filtration tank 11. Consequently, the filtration assisting material liquid remaining in the filtration tank 11 is replaced with the wastewater to be cleaned successively and it transfers to the wastewater filtration treatment. In this method, since the liquid drawing out process of the filtration assisting material before the transfer to the filtration treatment becomes no need, the control and pipeline structure become simple.</p> |
