PURPOSE:To provide flexibility to cape with a change in the system scale to the controller by suppressing the deterioration in the throughput of a control line corresponding to the traffic increase between a master DAMA controller and a slave DAMA controller in the DAMA controller. CONSTITUTION:Plural DAMA controllers 2 belonging to, e.g. a subscriber group 10 share a control line 11 with the subscriber station group 10 in common to send a DAMA line allocation control signal thereby securing a DAMA line. In this case, when the line is not secured regardless of repetitive transmission of the DAMA line allocation control signal, a spare control line 13 in common to subscriber groups is used and the DAMA line allocation control signal is sent therethrough to secure the line. |
