PURPOSE:To eliminate a received power constant control circuit and to make the plurality of output limitations available by the highest and the lowest limit only by providing an output limiting section to perform on/off of received power constant control. CONSTITUTION:A received power constant controlling section 10 detects a deviation of received power Pr from a received power set value Sr, outputting a received power fixing and controlling signal 'a'. Load balance control sections 301-30n detect a deviation of power generated by each generator P1-Pn from the average power of the generators 'd' and then detect a deviation of each of the deviation signals e1-en from the received power fixing and controlling signal 'a' and control On-OFF controllers 38, 48 using the deviation signals f1-fn and thereby control the generated power. An output limiting section 20 detects a deviation of the average power of the generators 'd' from the highest limit set value S1 and the lowest limit set value S2 of the generator output. When the average power of the generators 'd' exceeds the highest set value S1 or the lowest limit set value S2, the output limiting section 20 outputs a highest limit or a lowest limit output limiting signal 'b' or 'c' to the load balance control sections 301-30n prior to the received power constant control signal 'a'. |
