PURPOSE:To perform diagnosis of a structure surface by means of lateral acoustic waves highly efficiently, safely and highly accurately with mechanic power. CONSTITUTION:A winch 3 and a support sheave 4 are attached to a running vehicle 2 running along a wall surface on a roof of a structure 1, wherein a chain body 5 fed from the winch 3 is wound around the support sheave 4 and also hung down from the support sheave 4 along the wall surface 6. A chain lower end fixing jig 8 equipped with a suction disk 7 for sucking to the wall surface 6 is coupled to the lower end of the chain 5, and a lifting frame 9 which vertically moves along the chain 5 is equipped with a lateral acoustic wave diagnostic apparatus comprising a lateral acoustic wave generator and a lateral acoustic wave receiver or a diagnostic apparatus comprising a CCD camera, etc. |
