<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of predicting a rolling load at the time of a setup and accuracy of a plate thickness by correcting separately and suitably a frictional coefficient and a deformation resistance between a work roll and a rolling material when a plate thickness is corrected suitably by a predictive model of rolling load in a tandem rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:A deformation resistance correction coefficient K4A is found so that a calculated value P4 for rolling of a preceding stand 4 coincides with a measured valure P* for rolling load, and the frictional coefficient correction coefficient M5A of the final stand 5 is found so that the calculated value P5 for rolling load of the final stand 5 coincides with the measured value P5* for rolling load by using the deformation correction coefficient K4A to correct the frictional coefficient suitably.</p> |
