PURPOSE:To mold easily three-dimensional structural materials in various and compricated shapes, by making use of a molding jig which has been devised to improve a degree of freedom in selection of an arrangement position of a plate end. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of units of molding jigs 6 fixed through elasticity of split groove constituent parts 4a, 4b by inserting a plate end 1 into an appropriate position of a split groove 4 is fixed by a screw on an appropriate position of a veneer base 7 by making use of a support plate. With this construction, the plate end 1 is arranged in a necessary nonlinear state. Then a continuous fiber bundle such as a carbon fiber and glass fiber are made to impregnate with a solution such as epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester, and in succession to the above, said resin-impregnated fiber bundle 8 is wound round by laying across among notched parts 2, 2,... of the plate ends 1, 1,.... Three dimensional structural material is molded by making the resin of the inside of the resin impregnated fiber bundle 8 cure by heating the same appropriately after that. |
