<p>PURPOSE:To realize a small-sized and large-capacity vacuum capacitor. CONSTITUTION:In a vacuum capacitor of a structure wherein a plurality of cylindrical electrode plates, whose inner diameters are different from one another, are provided in a concentric circle form to form a fixed electrode 14 and at the same time, a movable electrode 15 is formed of a plurality of cylindrical electrode plates, which are inserted in or drawn out from between the electrode plates of the electrode 14 while holding a prescribed interval to each electrode plate, and the surface of the electrode plate on the outermost periphery of the electrode 15 is adjacent and opposes to the inner wall of the side surface part of a vacuum container 10 to house hermetically these electrodes 14 and 15 at a prescribed interval, the side surface part of the container 10 is constituted using a metallic cylindrical member 10b to make to have continuity with the electrode 14. Thereby, the member 10b can be used in combination as the electrode plate of the electrode 14 and even if the outer diameter of the container 10 is not made large, a large electrostatic capacity is obtained.</p> |
