PURPOSE:To enable the device to instruct operations to be done by a user by itself by extracting the intention of the user from a question sentence that the user inputs by using words in the question area of the user. CONSTITUTION:The operation guide instruction device is provided with an operation procedure storage part 110 stored with a series of operations for performing a process that the user intends while plural single functions of a processor are put together and an input part 104 for inputting the question sentence for a guide request. A key word group registered in a storage part 109 is extracted from the question sentence of the user and made to correspond to operation procedures of the processor stored in the operation procedure storage part 110 according to the rule of an operation procedure detection rule part 311. Further, a skillfulness decision part 312 decides the operation procedure from a state analyzed by a processor state analysis part 106 which grasps the state of the process to the end of the corresponding operation procedure and guidance matching skillfulness is outputted by a guide output part 108 and instructed.
