At least the support part (12) is formed as a damping component and comprises a rigid material with a high damping coefficient, pref. rubber or silicon (e.g. silicon NBR - Qual PG 63/6 approximately 60 shore). The damping component (12,13) has a smaller mass than the microphone small capsule (11). The collar part (13) is formed as an accommodation ring for the small microphone capsule (11) and locates at least partly on the support part. The latter for connection to a base plate (16), has a narrowed connecting part (14) insertable in a hole in the base plate. The damping elements (17,18) comprise 1 percent cadmium and 99 percent copper with a thickness of approximately 0.1 mm or an electrically conductive rubber type material.
