CONSTITUTION:Bread yeast or beer yeast is dried, ground into powder having a particle diameter of approximately 5-10mum by a dry grinder, extracting the ground product with n-hexane, removing the cells of the yeast, and subsequently distilling off the n-hexane to provide the objective fats and oils as a distillation residue. |
