PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is molded into a film or fiber excellent in invariable slipperiness and resistance to shaving by compounding a thermoplastic polyester with org. polymer particles which are soft and have a specified maximum-to minimum particle diameter ratio and a specified strength. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding a thermoplastic polyester with org. polymer particles having a maximum-to-minimum particle diameter ratio (r) satisfying the equation: 1.1).
