The cleat for a power installation cable, pipe or conduit comprises a clamp (1) and securing element (3) with both head and shaft, e.g. self-tapping screw with reed plug, slidable onto clamp runners (9) at the clamp feet (2) and held using integral circular collars (5, 6).
