A fine-pitch elastic interconnector is prepared by (a) coating a substrate sheet with a flowable insulating silicone rubber composition; (b) curing the insulating rubber layer on the substrate; (c) forming an uncured electroconductive rubber layer on the cured insulating rubber layer; (d) removing the substrate sheet to give a double-layered rubber sheet; (e) stacking a plurality of the same into a stratified block; (f) curing the stratified block; and (g) slicing the cured stratified block perpendicularly to the stratified layers. |
