Recovery of coke oven overflow water - as reverse osmosis permeate from condensate obtd. from precooler connected to separator
摘要
Condensate is recovered in a condensor, in which the gas is fed from bottom to top. The condensate produced is exchanged in an exchanger between the separator and precooler countercurrently to hot crude gas. The hot condensate is then contacted on a material exchnager where it is stripped with a naphthalene - deficient or - free gas, and this condensate cooled and introduced into a filtration and/or reverse -osmosis system. Partially purified coke oven gas is pref. used as stripping gas and the ratio of gas : water in the material exchanger is 1-50 (2-10) : 1.
