PURPOSE:To request in a lump the communication charge to each subscriber to belong to the same group concerning the in-group communication batch accounting system in an exchanging network equipped with an accounting function. CONSTITUTION:A group is constituted of plural subscribers 200 stored in an arbitrary exchanger 100 and a special subscriber in the group is stipulated to be a representative subscriber. At each exchanger, a representative group identifying means 101 to identify whether or not the set communication is the in-group communication to connect two subscribers to belong to the same group and a batch accounting means 102 to account in a lump the accounting information concerning the communication to the representative subscriber to belong to the group when the representative group identifying means identifies that the communication is the in-group communication are provided. The representative group identifying means stores the identification information of the representative subscriber in correspondence to each subscriber in the group, compares the identification information of the representative subscriber corresponding to both subscribers at the time of setting the communication, and thus, identifies the in-group communication.
