PURPOSE:To allow the distinct judgment of series by applying the marking of every number of reproduction data on the respective substrate surfaces of a master/mother/son. CONSTITUTION:A marking jig 4 is aligned to jig positioning pins 7, 8 and is set to the prescribed position in the outer peripheral pad of an electrocasting jig 2 from above a master substrate 1. A marking pen 11 is inserted into the position aligned to the number of reproduction times of a marking hole array 10 and its rear surface is pressed to stick an electrodeposition delaying agent 14 in the form of a spot to the outer peripheral part of the master substrate 1 surface. This substrate is immersed into an electrolytic liquid. Consequently, the light marking of a level at which the marking can be detected when irradiated with optical inspecting light is formed. |
