The present invention relates to plates for tibial osteotomy or the like. The tibial osteotomy plate 1 or the like is characterised by the fact that it consists of a solid piece 2 substantially in the shape of an "L", comprising a longitudinal bracket 3 and a lateral bracket 4, the longitudinal bracket 3 having two parts 5, 6 which are substantially cylindrical in revolution, and a bracing element 7 holding the two cylindrical parts rigidly in such a way that their axes 11, 12 are substantially parallel and at a distance greater than the sum of their radii, the thickness of the bracing element being smaller than the diameter of the two cylindrical parts. <IMAGE>
