PURPOSE:To separate easily a solid molded product from the light shaping device, by a method wherein a solid shaped product is stuck to this device and formed, the device possesses a plate which is detachable easily from a base frame, the base frame separtated from the plate is heated, heat is applied temporarily to an adhesive surface of the plate to the solid shaped product and an adhesive surface layer is softened. CONSTITUTION:A solid shaped product 1 is stuck to a plate 6 of a base board 4 and formed in a stepped layer, which is in a spring 5 structure and detachable easily to a base frame body 11 of the base board 4 integrated with an actuator. The solid shaped product 1 manufactured on the plate 6 can be removed easily from a light shaping device main body by removing the plate 6 from the base frame body 11. Then when the surface of a plate 8 is heated at a stretch by a burner 7, an interfacial part 9 of the solid shaped product 1 is temperature- risen, attained to a softening point and removal of the solid shaped product 1 from the plate 6 becomes possible by applying only a little external force to the solid shaped product 1. |
