The invention relates to cooking utensils and describes a recipient fitted with at least one removable grip or handle (2) which engages in at least one rigidly secured attachment fitting (6) of the type comprising means (4) for attaching the handle to the fitting and locking means (8) therefor. The recipient is characterized specifically in that the attachment means comprise a clasp (10) at the distal end of the handle, extended by a lug (20) perpendicular to the handle for smooth sliding insertion into a recess (22) in the attachment fitting, the locking means consisting of a flush fitting component (26) at the same distal end of the handle but on the opposite face thereof, to prevent the lug from being withdrawn.
