<p>PURPOSE:To provide a light position detector with a high detection accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A first face-shaped electrode 3, a photovoltaic layer 5, and a second face-shaped electrode 6 are formed out a glass substrate 2, at the same time a title item is a light position detector where pyroelectric terminals 4, 4, 7, 7 are provided at both sides of the above two face-shaped electrodes 3 and 6, and at least one of the above two face-shaped electrodes is formed by allowing an opaque metal to be deposited in mesh shape. Since electrostatic capacity between a pair of face-shaped electrodes becomes small, detection accuracy is improved and at the same time cost can be reduced since the opaque metal can be used at the face-shaped electrode.</p> |
