PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the drop height of content in a barrel-bath to reduce the discharge of the content per hour by discharging the content with the barrel-bath inverted about its port-end part after the barrel-bath is disengaged from a barrel-finishing machine. CONSTITUTION:A barrel-bath 1b filled with finished mass is disengaged from a rotary barrel-finishing machine. Next, immediately after a rotational motion of the barrel-bath on its axis, the barrel-bath 1b is driven through its rotational motion about its port-end part to discharge the mass from a small drop height. A sensor 40b provided in a mass-discharge part detects the face of the mass. When the discharge of the mass exceeds a specified volume, discharging of the mass is temporarily stopped, and after the discharge is reduced below the specified volume, the discharging and stopping are alternately repeated every a fixed hour, and the volume of the mass discharged on a screening device 41 is restricted so as to perform complete screening. |
