PURPOSE:To improve the cushion property of a sole and the adhesiveness between the grounding bottom and a mid-sole by discharging the gas in a compression hole through a gas vent hole, filling part of a mid-sole molding material into the compression hole, and foam-molding cushion projections integral with the mid-sole. CONSTITUTION:An upper die 5 is coupled with a bottom mold 2 set with a grounding bottom 1 directly or via a side mold 6, and a mid-sole molding cavity is formed on the grounding bottom 1. A mid-sole molding material such as foaming polyurethane added with a coloring agent is injection-guided into the mid-sole molding cavity, part of it is guided into a compression hole from the upper face of the grounding bottom 1, then air and the excess gas at the time of the foaming of a mid-sole are discharged to the outside through a gas vent hole 21 formed on the bottom face of the bottom mold 2. Cushion projections 31 foamed integrally with the foam mid-sole can be filled and molded in the compression hole. |
