<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a file controller which automatically sorts and stores the files in a folder in order to adversely retrieve these files by giving the location information to the files and also giving the file location information to the folder in order to identify the storable files in accordance with the location information. CONSTITUTION:An automatic file store means 30 stores the files in all folders adaptive to each location information on the files. If no adaptive folder is available, a folder generating means 40 produces a new adaptive folder. Then the file location information are stored in the new folder. When the files are retrieved, the files which are included in common in all folders adaptive to the file location information given for retrieval are detected. As a result, the files can be easily stored and retrieved.</p> |
