<p>PURPOSE:To realize the interface circuit for the isolator employing a photocoupler onto a semiconductor integrated circuit with a low current consumption. CONSTITUTION:A drain gate connecting point of one transistor(TR) 11 in two MOS field effect TRs 11, 12 forming a current mirror is connected to a reference voltage side of a constant current source 13 and a comparator 14 and a drain of the other TR 12 connects to an inverting input of the comparator 14 and a collector of the photocoupler 2. Thus, a current flowing to the photocoupler in terms of DC is clamped by a constant current to reduce the current consumption of the circuit.</p> |
