PURPOSE:To improve processing capacity by reducing the quantity of data per resistor to be stored in a laser trimmer device to trim resistors, and storing the data on may resistors in the device of limited storage capacity. CONSTITUTION:All the trimming data of the first cut per resistor and the data on the starting point of the next cut and the number of the objects to be cut are stored and other data required for trimming are sought from the calculation of the above-mentioned data, thus the quantity of storage data per resistor are reduced. |
