<p>Objects are to feed parts (1) at an optimum speed to parts feeding device (7) installed at the end of a feed passage (8), and to minimize the time taken for parts to reach the parts feeding device. The invention is characterized in that the basic arrangement comprises a device (18) for once stopping a part, the device being disposed at a position separated a required distance from the parts holding device, and in that a movable shield member (29) is installed at the side to which parts and the feed rod (31) are advanced.
