PURPOSE:To reduce the external dimension of equivalent series resistance of a capacitor, by forming a penetration hole window for evading contact with an element laminate, and forming the tip parts of two sag parts whose facing gap is smaller than the outer diameter of the element laminate, almost parallel with an electrode part. CONSTITUTION:An electrode part 2b of a pinching body 2 is arranged so as to form the following in a unified body; an electrode plate 7 which protrudes an upper surface lead terminal part 7a, an electrode part 2c which protrudes a lead terminal part on the lower surface, and a retaining part 2a which presses and retains an element laminate. A penetration hole window for preventing the electrode part 2c of the pinching body 2 from coming into contact with the element laminate is formed at the central part almost perpendicularly to the electrode part facing almost parallel. In the retaining part 2a, tips of two sag parts 2a, 2d whose facing gap is smaller than the outer diameter of the element laminate are formed almost parallel with the electrode part 2c. The retaining part 2a presses and retains the element laminate via an insulating layer and an electrode 7, and insulative resin is injected in said part 2a. |
