<p>A modified enzyme obtained by modifying an enzyme such as a hydrogen peroxide-generating enzyme, ascorbate oxidase, etc. with a polysaccharide, polyamino acid or synthetic polymer having a plurality of carboxyl groups via a crosslinking agent capable of binding both carboxyl group and amino group is remarkably improved in resistance to heat, proteases, etc. and in storage stability in an aqueous solution.</p> |
