PURPOSE:To obtain proper pressure-welding force even in covers having different rigidity by providing a changeover means changing over pressure-welding force to a page turn-over roller of a plurality of pressure rollers simultaneously and separately. CONSTITUTION:When the page turn-over operation of the surface and rear covers of a bankbook is conducted, cams 52a, 52b are turned at 90 deg. when a camshaft 53 is rotated at 90 deg. by exciting a plunger magnet 39 and driving a stepping motor, set pressure is applied to a cam roller 51, a cam lever 49 is revolved, a press spring 48 is compressed, and an arm 35 is pressed from the underside side. Consequently, the pressure-welding force of a pressure roller to a page turn-over roller 30 is increased. When magnetic stripes are stuck on the rear cover, only the pressure-welding force of the cam 52a is increased and only the pressure-welding force of the pressure roller 32 is augmented when the camshaft 53 is turned at 240 deg.. When the page turn-over operation of intermediate paper is performed, only the pressure-welding force of a pressure spring 41 is left when the camshaft 53 is left as it is positioned only at the origin. |
