<p>PURPOSE:To realize the extension of an optional link of an ATM switch with one kind of an NXN unit switch equipment. CONSTITUTION:Relevant same lines N are connected respectively to each combination of the first stage NXN unit switch equipments 110, 111, and 120, 121 and 1N0, 1N1. One side of NXN unit switch equipment 110, 112-1N0 makes switching only when output path designation of inputted ATM cells is 1-N, and the other side of NXN unit switch equipments 111, 121-1N1 makes switching only when the output path designation is N+1-N+N. Second and third stages of NXN unit switch equipments 210-2N1, 310-3N1 make switching to an output path relating to output path designation of 1-N. Each output of NXN unit switch equipments 310, 311, and 320, 321 and 3N0, 3N1 is concentrated for each of relevant N outputs in a way of 2:1 by ATM cell line concentration buffers 411-41N, 421-42N and 4N1-4NN.</p> |
