摘要 This method, and its construction, are used in metallurgy for controlling furnaces with variable productivity. This is achieved at a reduced fuel expenditure and full burnout in the low-temperature zones, and a low degree of oxidation of the material in the furnace's high-temperature zones. This method is based on measured temperatures in the individual zones of the furnace's space, and on the material in the furnace's outlet. On the basis of the gases' pressure, the oxygen content in the outgoing gases and productivity are determined and the respective corrections to the temperature tasks in the individual zones are specified with a jump. As a result, the fuel output in the common pipeline is jump-like adjusted in the suitable direction, whereby the gradient of temperature fluctuation in each zone should be within certain limits. In cases of low productivity, the low-temperature zones of the furnace are switched off consecutively by an impulse adjustment of their temperature. The system comprises a furnace (1), connected to a recuperator (2), temperature pick-ups (3i...3n) in n zones, a pressure transducer (4), first (5) and n- (21) comparing temperature nodes, a productivity adapting mechanism (6), a set-point device (7), first (8) and n-regulating temperature bloc (22), blocking blocs (9 and 29), regulating fuel blocs (10 and 30), air blocs (11 and 31), correlation blocs (12, 16 and 32), correlation comparing nodes (13 and 33), multiplying blocs (14 and 34), air expenditure gauges (15 and 35), fuel expenditure (17 and 36), comparing- (18) and set-point bloc (19) for oxygen content in fuming gases, oxygen gas analyser (20), comparing- (23) and set-point bloc (24), pick-up (25) of the outgoing material's temperature, a summing node (26), n set-point device (27), productivity gauge (37), first (38) and second (39) chopping valves, and a tap (40) for the common fuel pipeline (41).
