PURPOSE:To provide a water closet unit equipped with an air conditioning function which can be installed to the wall of a bath room easily without boring a hole for mounting an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A main body section 2 of a water closet main body A coupled with a seat 3 to be installed to a closet 1 is built-in with an air conditioner and a waste heat water tank which discards the waste heat.
