PURPOSE:To provide a composite digital copying apparatus capable of doing, from the copying apparatus side, collective control and protection of data stored in a memory of a control section installed to the appliance side. CONSTITUTION:In a composite digital copying apparatus to which such appliances as a facsimile, a printer, etc., are connectable, a system control section 20 is provided to the copying apparatus side for making reference to contents of memory and for rewriting of memory between the control section and another control section 21 that is installed to the appliance side. |
