The system displays motion image on a color-tube matrix panel while editing and copying a video source. Also the displayed image has a variety of colors (32768 colors), improved resolution and brightness, and minimized current consumption. It is composed of the 1st computer (51) for editing characters and symbols through a monitor (51a), a host computer (5) for editing, storing, transmitting and controlling - detecting the displayed image data or a color-tube panel (2) with the 2nd computer (52), an image processing outputter (1) for selecting - outputting the image data from the host computer (5) and a digitizer (3), and a color-tube panel (2) for displaying image by combining it into matrix with color-tube dots.
