PURPOSE:To limit the number of output pages of the operation manual by limiting the quantity of explanatory data developed as the operation manual in accordance with output priority of the explanatory data set in advance. CONSTITUTION:An editing control part analyzes data stored in a data storage part 19 and decides the kind of the operation manual and the degree of skill, etc., of an operator requested by the other operator. Subsequently, necessary explanatory data is edited and generated as the operation manual to a manual generation buffer 14 from an instructing information storage part 21. In this case, when the actual number of lanes exceeds the prescribed number of lines, the editing control part counts it as the number of pages. Also, when the actual number of pages exceeds the prescribed number of pages, explanatory data developed at every one page in the manual generation buffer 14 is limited, based on output priority of each explanatory data stored in the instruction information storage part 21. |
