PURPOSE:To clarify which file is defined as a file for update by registrations defining the update contents of the file with a simple method. CONSTITUTION:By referring to a registration memory 15 storing various kinds of file update documents defining the name of the file for update and its update method, a CPU11 prepares a list for matrix configuration arranging the name of the file of various files on one axis and arranging the name of the registration for various registrations on the other axis to be arranged on a page memory 17. At this point, the CPU 11 arranges the prescribed position identification data on the list to clarify which file is defined as the update objective by registrations. |
