PRODUCTION OF DRINK HAVING LOW ALCOHOL CONTENT

PURPOSE:To produce a drink having a low alcohol content in improved alcohol separation efficiency in a pervaporation method without losing a taste ingredient from an alcoholic drink such as wine or refined sake. CONSTITUTION:Production of a low-alcohol drink containing a process (1) for obtaining a membrane-permeated liquid and membrane-unpermeated liquid by subjecting an alcohol drink to reverse osmosis treatment, process (2) for obtaining a low-alcohol liquid by subjecting the membrane-permeated liquid obtained by the process (1) to pervaporation treatment and process (3) for mixing part or all of the membrane-unpermeated liquid obtained by the process (1) with part or all of the low-alcohol liquid obtained by the process (2).
