<p>PURPOSE:To form a calcined film thickness of 3.5mum or thinner, and to obtain thick film resistance paste for formation of a resistor having the characteristics equal to or higher than the conventional product by a method wherein 25 to 75 pts.wt. of the non-volatile component in an organic vehicle is contained against the inorganic mixed powder of 100 pts.wt. CONSTITUTION:Luthenium dioxide is used as a luthenium compound, La2O3-B2O3- ZnO-CaO are used as a glass frit, and the terpineol solution of ethyl cellulose is used as an organic vehicle. They are compounded in a prescribed composition and brought into a pasty state using a three-roll mill. The luthenium dioxide and glass frits are pulverized by a ball mill, and the powder is used after its particle size has been adjusted to the prescribed average value of grain diameter. This thick film resistance paste is printed on a 96% Al2O3 substrate, on which an electrode was formed in advance, using a stainless steel screen of 250 meshes and emulsion thickness of 20mum. After the above-mentioned material has been dried up by an oven at 120 deg.C for 10 minutes, a calcinating operation is conducted in a belt-type electric furnace at 850 deg.C, and a resistor is formed.</p> |
