PURPOSE: To obtain a ball bearing to which load is added from an almost fixed radial direction for a rotary race by providing a sealing tool with a lower side surface which is in contact with a notch and a radial flexible upper side surface supporting an axial supporting means of the sealing tool. CONSTITUTION: This bearing is constituted of outer and inner races 1, 2, annular space storing a rotary body 4 is partitioned between grooves 5e, 5i formed on both of the races 1, 2 and a notch 6 extending in an axial direction is formed at an outer periphery end edge part of the inner race 2 so as to insert the rotary body 4 in this annular space. The notch 6 is opened on both the sides of the inner race 2, a sealing tool 10 is stored in the notch 6 and the sealing tool 10 has a lower side surface which is in contact with the notch 6 and a flexible upper side surface. Thus, because the upper side surface has flexibility, the upper side surface is brought into contact with the rotary body 4 and the sealing tool 10 can be radially deformed, when the notch 6 is closed. |
