The subscriber information analysing system prevents a system from false operating due to chattering in on/off hook and dialing signal. The system includes a flip-flop (FF1) for receiving subscriber state information transmitted through a subscriber terminal (TB1), a line driver (1) for stroing data of the flip flop on a RAM (1C) and for transmitting feedback data from the RAM (2C), a data selecting unit (3) for NAND operating the flip-flop data and for transmitting last data stored in data RAM (2C) when chattering is detected, a flip-flop (FF2) for receiving the last data stored in the RAM (22), RAMs (2a,2b) for storing the last data, and a flip- flop (FF3) for transmitting the last data stored in RAMs (2a,2b) at every interrupt signal transmitted from a CPU.
