PURPOSE:To improve the extracting accuracy of a document processor for extracting unsuitable character strings from documents and increase the efficiency of proof reading work of the processor by simultaneously registering a pattern matching restriction condition when the operator registers the unsuitable character string for proof reading of a document by pattern matching. CONSTITUTION:This document processor is provided with a registering means 100 which registers the condition for discriminating whether or not a character string is unsuitable for an inputted document, 1st storing means 110 which stores registered contents, 2nd storing means 120 which stores an inputted document, and extracting means 130 which extracts unsuitable character strings from the document stored in the means 120 on the basis of the content stored in the means 110. When the operator of the document processor registers an unsuitable character string when performing proofreading for document, the operator simultaneously registers a pattern matching restriction condition. Therefore, the extracting accuracy of this document processor for extracting unsuitable character strings from documents can be improved and the efficiency of the proof reading work of the processor can be increased. |
