<p>PURPOSE:To automate reel delivery for a rotary press so as to reduce the number of workers by delivering a reel corresponding to each station from an automatic warehouse by the command of a production control system when the retention number of reels in the station corresponding to each rotary press becomes the minimum retention number, thereby maintaining the retention number. CONSTITUTION:The number and type of reels for each rotary press 1 are set by a production control system and inputted into an automatic warehouse control device. The required quantity of reels is also stored type by type into an automatic warehouse 11, and two reels each are supplied to each station 14. These reels are supplied to each rotary press 1 by a conveyor robot 15. When the number of the residual reel in each station 14 become one, a command is sent to the automatic warehouse 11, and one reel from the automatic warehouse 11 is supplied to the corresponding station 14 by a delivery conveyor 16.</p> |
