PURPOSE:To obtain the same conversion coefficient for the same motion even when motion vectors obtained by positions on a screen are provided with different direction and size by calculating the motion of the whole image from detected amount of motion >=2 as a conversion efficient. CONSTITUTION:A motion vector selection circuit 3 selects two motion vectors out of vectors V1-Vn, and a conversion coefficient calculation circuit 4 calculates the motion of an image as the conversion coefficient. By displaying the motion of the image by using the conversion coefficient, the same conversion coefficient can be obtained for the same motion even when the direction and size of the motion vectors obtained by the positions on the screen such as the motion of rotation, expansion, and compression, etc., are different. |
