The reception part (1) for the one or more loudspeakers (15a, 15b, 15c) is connected with the fixing part (2) so that it can swivel at an angle pref. about three axes (X, Y, Z) including two angles, whereby the reception part (1) can be locked in each selected position. The reception part (1) is connected securely with the fixing part (2) across a line (18) running inside the mounting unit (1, 2). The axes (X, Y, Z) are arranged vertical to each other and the reception part can be held by positive locking. The mounting part (1, 2) has a hinge joint (9) for swivelling about the axis (Z), a knee joint (3) for swivelling about the axis (X) and a further hinge joint (10) for swivelling about the axis (Y). USE/ADVANTAGE - Mounting unit for fixing loudspeakers or similar small electrical devices in vehicles. Can be fitted universally at body of vehicle, and offers sufficient crash protection.
