CONSTITUTION:At the time of detecting the insertion of the card 6 into a card setting part, a card detecting part 12 sends a switch ON signal to a power supply switch part 13 through a control signal line 14. The switch part 13 connects a power supply line 5A from a power supply to a power supply line 5B to a body circuit and the power supply line 5A from the power supply 2 to a power supply line 5C to a card interface part 11. Since the power supplies of a body circuit 4 and the card interface part 11 are turned on only by inserting the card 6, labor for individually depressing power supply switches can be omitted.
