<p>PURPOSE: To improve heat efficiency of a heat producer by preheating air through flue gas and inflow air, applying a heat effect unit with a contaminant removal solution, and protecting the heat effect unit from removed corrosive contaminant and particles. CONSTITUTION: Flue gas 18 passes through a preheater 22 and then passes through a heat exchange effect unit 32, and in this heat effect unit most part of heat in the flue gas 18 is derived and the heat is transmitted to inflow air 16. In the heat exchanger 32 a working fluid is sent from a supply source to a sprayer 36 through an inlet 34, and the flue gas 18 is sprayed with the sprayer to the heat effect unit 38 through which the flue gas 18 flows. The sprayer 38 fills the inside of the heat effect unit 38 with the sprayed working fluid to bring the flue gas and the working fluid into close direct contact. The working fluid recovers particles in the flue gas. The working fluid is supplied in such an amount that the heat effect unit is prevented from being damaged with corrosive components in the flue gas and acts as a protective sheath for heat exchange.</p> |
