PURPOSE:To ensure the privacy in the TCM communication by allowing a radio base station or a mobile radio equipment to decide a timewise transmission sequence of signals compressed timewise and divided to be accommodated in each time slot of a frame communicated to an opposite equipment. CONSTITUTION:In the case of sending a TCM (time division time compression multiplex), a radio base station 30 extracts a cryptograph from a cryptographic storage section and decides a timewise transmission sequence given to a transmission signal subject to time division processing and commands the kind of cryptography, ciphering and method of decoding to mobile radio equipment 100-1-100-n of opposite communication parties. That is, among signals accommodated in a time slot an transmission sequence of plural time piece signals resident adjacent timewise is changed according to a command of the cryptographic signal. Thus, a radio equipment by the 3rd party not knowing the timewise transmission sequence of the signal accommodated in the time slot has a difficulty of intercept and the privacy of communication is secured. |
