<p>PURPOSE:To accurately record the adjusted amount of a medium by providing a means which ejects the medium after completing the recording and display of information equivalent to use exceeding the limitation of use. CONSTITUTION:A card 6 is thrown in a throw-in port, and security relating data such as the authenticity of the card, the term of validity, etc., and the use history data of balance, etc., are read, and they are outputted to a main control part 30. Amount data required for every one time of use is outputted from an arithmetic table 40 in which the relation of a use condition and required amount is housed based on those data to a balance arithmetic part 39, and use amount or usable amount when it is within the balance before the use this time is printed on the variable display layer 10 of the card 6, and when it exceeds the balance before the use this time, the adjusted amount is printed. In such a way, the card 6 is ejected after the recording and display of the information equivalent to the use exceeding the limitation of use are performed. Thereby, it is possible to accurately record the adjusted amount of the medium used by a card user.</p> |
