A constant flow is maintained to these nozzles by a tank 70 which has a weir 72 and which takes part of the influent from pipe 28 and delivers it via pipes 82, 86 to uptake zone 36. As long as the input pressure in conduit 2 exceeds the pressure head represented by the weir 72 a constant recirculation rate is achieved.</p> |
