PURPOSE:To easily join joining parts and to improve working efficiency inserting plural projecting pieces into the corresponding insertion holes as the projecting pieces are bent. CONSTITUTION:Plural projecting pieces 7 are formed respectively to plural joining parts 3a of a sheet metal 3 and plural insertion 9 are formed so that the corresponding projecting pieces 7 are inserted into plural corresponding joining parts 3b, 3c of the sheet metal 3. Plural fine slits 29 of suitable lengths are machined by laser beam on places corresponding to sides leaving joining parts 3d at suitable places. Parts corresponding to sides of the sheet metal 3 are bent, plural projecting pieces 7 are inserted respectively into the corresponding insertion holes 9, the joining parts 3a of the sheet metal 3 are joined to the corresponding joining parts 3b, 3c to manufacture a solid object. |
